The week ahead will see a return of rising temperatures and humidity. The
National Weather Service predicted that it will feel like it is in the mid-to upper-90s by Thursday, Independence Day. Regretfully, for those with outside plans, rain is predicted.
Forecasters with the National Weather Service say that it won't be a total washout. The unfavorable report? The afternoon and evening are the most favorable times for isolated showers and storms, which may reduce the display of fireworks.
