NJ State Police Investigate Body Found in Recycling Facility

According to the New Jersey State Police, that they are looking into how a man's body was found at a recycling facility in Farmingdale.

According to Sgt. Charles Marchan, workers at the Republic Services Recycling Facility in Farmingdale discovered the body while sorting debris on Wednesday at 2:42 p.m. State police were summoned.

Marchan reported that the man's body was discovered on the conveyor belt.

He stated that the investigation is still ongoing and that the man's identification has not been established.

When the finding was discovered, at around 2:42 p.m., a medical examiner and several law enforcement officers arrived at the recycling plant. The address of the establishment is 15 Railroad Avenue.
