Reflecting on the Life of Joseph James Kelly Jr. at Age 43. Joseph passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after battling an extensive illness. Born in Rahway, NJ, Joseph lived in Laurence Harbor before residing in both Toms River and Lanoka Harbor, NJ. Joseph graduated from Toms River High School East in 2000. He attended the OCVTS program where he pursued his career in the electrical trade.
