According to Manchester Police Department, they need assistance in identifying a possible suspect involved in an assault. This isolated incident took place on May 31st in the Pine Lake Park section of Manchester Township.
In the interest of thoroughness and accuracy, law enforcement officials conducted numerous investigative steps before releasing a composite sketch of the suspect.
Given the current status of the investigation, they are now turning to the community for help.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5' 4", 145 lbs, 41-50 years old, with a medium build, brown eyes, brown hair, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The suspect may have a small tribal tattoo of a triangle on his left hand.
Manchester want to emphasize that there is no potential harm to the public at this time.
This appears to be an isolated event, and their primary goal is to identify and locate the individual involved.
