The Franklin Township Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing, runaway juvenile.
Cooper Cartwright a 16-year-old male from Franklinville was reported missing on Saturday February 7, 2026. He was last seen around 4 pm at his residence wearing a black hat, green jacket, black sweatpants and black shoes.
Anyone who may know the whereabouts of this male are asked to contact the Franklin Township Police Department at 856-694-1414.
