Possible Shark Bite Injures Man at South Jersey Beach
After what appeared to be a shark bite on Sunday, a man was injured at a South Jersey beach according to abc7 news
It happened near Surrey Avenue Beach in Ventnor at around 9:30 a.m.
Ventnor City Beach Patrol stated that a man may have had a shark bite on his hand while he was in the water.
Although a shark was not seen in the water, authorities said they are still investigating the specifics.
After receiving treatment at the hospital, the individual is anticipated to recover.
Until local authorities declare differently, beachgoers are only permitted to enter the water up to their knees.
