According to News 12 Storm Watch Team rain, wind, and perhaps dangerous driving conditions are forecast for the whole state on Sunday.
Showers are expected to start in the morning and spread out throughout the afternoon and evening. There may be periods of intense rain, resulting in 1-3 inches of precipitation.
Make sure to secure loose outdoor items and fasten holiday decorations since damaging wind gusts of up to 35 mph are possible. Though drier, Monday morning will still be windy.
Winds Expected and Possible Power Outages are Possible. Monday and Tuesday will see lows in the 40s, and the remainder of the week will see seasonable and dry weather. As of right now, it appears that next weekend will be our next chance for rain.
