Potential Snowstorm Expected in New Jersey This Weekend
On Sunday night and into Monday morning, a coastal storm may make an appearance in New Jersey, which could result in significant chaos for the state.
Are we referring to snow inches? Feet? Anything is conceivable in a storm like this.
The majority of forecasts disagree, with most predicting that the air in New Jersey will be too warm to produce a significant snowstorm. Rain could make up the majority of what falls. However, snow lovers may be in luck if the precipitation is accompanied by chilly air.
On Sunday,
Accuweather predicts a high temperature of 39 degrees with a risk of rain and snow. The low is going to be in the low 20s.
The storm is making the
Weather Channel a little more anxious. The Jersey Shore is expected to receive 3 to 5 inches of snow on Sunday, with an additional inch possible on Monday morning.
According to the
National Weather Service, there is a risk of rain and snow on Sunday and into Sunday evening. According to the other two forecasts, the temperatures are consistent.
It's too early to predict what is going to happen just yet, however, as we approach the weekend, it's something to watch. Check the latest
forecast.
