Prepare for Cooler Weather: NJ in the Mid 40s to 50s

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are dropping into the mid 40s to mid 50s by Tuesday morning! A light north wind will persist under clear skies. The next few nights are time to open the windows (if that's your thing), Might even need a jacket the next couple mornings.

Labor Day marks the beginning of meteorological fall, which opens the door a little bit for the season's transition as September usually sees a cooler trend.

We still have a few summer days left, but the official change of seasons will arrive before you know it on September 22, the day of the autumnal equinox.
