Ralph's have been providing the public with high quality, wonderful tasting Italian ice since 1928. Toms River has been creating smiles across Ocean County for the past 30 years. Known for Italian ice, creme ice, sundaes, shakes, edible cookie dough, twisters, ice cream and so much more!
Ralph Silvestro, came to the United States from Italy when he was a young man. He began making what would turn out to be his famous Italian Ices and sold them throughout Staten Island. In 1949, the first Retail Location Opens In Staten Island.
