Registration Open for Toms River Food Fest Vendors

Toms River Food Fest, scheduled for Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 12:00 - 8:00 p.m.

The Township Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for vendors

Vendors must submit the following items listed below along with your check payable to Toms River Township.

  1. Food Fest Application
  2. Hold Harmless/Insurance Agreement
  3. OCHD Temporary Retail Food Establishment Application (if cooking)
  4. New Jersey Sales Tax Certificate (if selling items)
  5. Certificate of Liability Insurance

All vendors performing cooking operations are required to obtain a Fire Permit through the Board of Fire Prevention, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ, (732) 240-5153.

You must abide by the Ocean County Board of Health regulations.  There will be an on-site inspection.  

Vendor must supply own tents, tables, chairs and signage.   Each space is 10’ deep, 15’ wide.   Over 15’ you will need 2 or more spaces and you will be turned away on day of event if not in compliance.   Generators required if electric needed.   No electricity is available.  

Set up is from 7:00 am- 10:00 am (no exceptions)

Breakdown: 8:00 pm -9:00 pm (no exceptions)

All monies are non-refundable.  Returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $20.00 bank charge.

Space assignments:  Space locations will be determined two weeks prior to the festival once all accepted applications are processed.   Considerations will be based on competing food categories.
