Obituary of Daniel A. Diaz
Daniel A. Diaz, 37, of Toms River passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
Daniel was born in Lakewood, NJ at Paul Kimball Hospital. He graduated from Toms River High School North in 2005.
Daniel was a successful wrestler, scoring 8th in the nation. After graduating from High School, he attended West Virginia University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in nursing and became a Travel Nurse working for several hospitals in the New Jersey state, Jersey Shore Medical Center, Robert Wood Johnson New Brunswick, and Community Medical Center, to name a few.
Daniel enjoyed traveling around the world with his parents, canoeing, and watching sunsets but more importantly, he loved to spend time with his nieces and nephews.
Gone too soon Daniel will be remembered and sincerely missed for the selfless loving person that he was.
He is survived by his parents, Angel and Cathy Diaz; brothers, Angel and Joseph Diaz; nieces and nephews, Destiny, Rachel, Faith, Joshua, Brandon, Ariana, Brooklyn, and Niko; aunts, Carmen (Pete) and Cindy (Alneke); uncle, Billy, and many other extended family members and friends.
A memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 6 – 8 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ.
