Jeffrey Leo Young, 58, of Tom’s River, NJ passed away on February 7th 2026 surrounded by his loved ones.

Visitation will be held at Silverton Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday February 11th from 4-8pm. Cremation service will be private.

Jeff was born in Roselle Park NJ to Joseph and Dianna Young on September 2, 1967. He worked as contractor his entire life. He enjoyed landscaping, tinkering around in his garage, working on classic cars and watching the Buffalo Bills.

Jeff is survived by his wife , Patty. His children, Jeffrey and fiancé Katelyn, Jonathan and his wife Jessica, Heather and Taylor. His step daughter Jennifer and her husband Derek. His grand children, Alaina, Cadence, Meadow, Lilyana, Aliyah, Jonathan Jr, Kaylyn and Paul. His step grand children Salvatore and Gianna.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jeff's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
