Jennifer Dickinson, 37, of Beachwood, New Jersey passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
Born in Long Branch, NJ, Jen lived in Brick, Barnegat and Toms River before moving to Beachwood 11 years ago.
Jen graduated Southern Regional High School and went on to study child/adult Psychology. She was an EMT with Quality Medical Transport in Whiting for 10 years as well as a volunteer for 4 years with Stafford Township and Island Heights 14.
Jen loved writing and playing music her youtube channel is "jenniferleighofficial" please visit, she will not disappoint! Jen started singing adventure with Barbara De Angelis from Juliard. They loved each other. Jen was so much more than can be put into words, Jen gave her all to every person she met.
Jen was predeceased by her maternal grandparents; Tom and Janet McDonough, her fraternal grandparents; Frank and Edith Manfredi, her cousin, Kelly McDonough Fox and her brother in law Larry Dickinson.
Jen is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Wayne, her mother Kathleen Collins and her husband Gary, her father Ed Manfredi and his wife Kim, her brothers; Nick and his wife Stephanie, Tom and his wife Tanya, Gary and his wife Aimee, Jey Collins, her sisters, Carol Manfredi, Rebecca Manfredi, Mellisa Manfredi, Stephanie Manfredi, brothers in law; Steven Dickinson, Gabriel Kelly, Timothy Meddles, Zach Meddles, sisters in law, Charleen Meddles, Logan Cartwright, her nieces and nephews; Zachary, Kayla, Thomas, Benjamin, Ethan, Christopher, Abby, Axel, Bentley, Jaime, Jenna, Angela, Andrew, Jared, Ryan, Gavin, Riley, Kaylin, Mya, Andrew, Autumn and Cammie. Also surviving is Jen's mother and father in law; Emma and Bob Insnia, grandmother in law Helen Insnia and a host of loving relative and friends.
A celebration of Jen's life will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 11 am to 2 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. A funeral service will be said at 1:30 pm.
