Marissa Taylor Ryan, age 28, of Glassboro, NJ, passed away on February 5, 2026. She was born in Voorhees, NJ, to Scott Ryan and Amy Gittens.

Marissa was a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan and an avid football lover. She enjoyed cooking, her favorite food was Mexican-and had an eclectic taste in music that ranged from Frank Sinatra to rap and everything in between.

Marissa loved shopping, spending time at the beach, and playing video games with her beloved daughter, Bella.

Holidays held a special place in Marissa’s heart, with Halloween being her favorite. She was known for going all out with her decorations, especially at Christmas, when her home proudly displayed five beautifully decorated Christmas trees.

Above all else, Marissa cherished being a mother. Her daughter was the center of her world, and her love for her will live on forever.

Marissa was predeceased by her father, Scott Ryan.

She is survived by her daughter, Isabella Alicea; her mother, Amy Gittens (Bud Hogan); her fiancé, Steven Taylor; her siblings, Ashley Ryan (Jim Spratt), Scott Ryan, Jr., John Ryan, and Austin Norris; her nephew, Jimmy Spratt; her grandparents, Lou and Eileen Bunoza; her great-grandmother, Loretta Bunoza; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Marissa’s favorite number was 13, so it is only fitting that her visitation was held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
