A sluggish low-pressure system will affect the area, resulting in damp and nearly chilly weather. Temperatures are forecasted to be 15-20° below the seasonal average until Saturday, with a recovery anticipated on Sunday.

Rain is expected to begin tonight and persist until Saturday, gradually diminishing on Sunday. The most significant rainfall is likely to occur on Friday night. Overall, total precipitation may reach between 1 to 1.5 inches, with some areas experiencing higher totals. There is a Marginal Risk for Excessive Rain from Friday through Saturday.
