Social Security Office in Toms River Undergoing Renovations
Residents of Ocean County who require in-person assistance will have to seek assistance elsewhere due to ongoing renovations at the Social Security Administration's Toms River office.
Since October 25, the Toms River field office, located at 190 St. Catherine Blvd., has been closed to in-office traffic until further notice, according to a statement posted on the Social Security Administration website (SSA.gov).
According to the statement, the office is being renovated. The phone number for it is 800-772-1213.
