Spirit Halloween is opening two stores in Toms River, which is wonderful news for Halloween enthusiasts, even though most people are still pining away for summertime and beach time.
The company is preparing to serve consumers in the former Rite Aid store on Route 37 near Vaughn Avenue. It provides anything from animatronics for your lawn to costumes for kids, adults, and even your feline and canine pals.

Furthermore, a location for Spirit Halloween has opened on Fischer Boulevard. The location of that store is in the Fischer-Bay ShopRite complex, next to Manhattan Bagel, in the former Pet Valu pet store. That store is open for business at
