On Thanksgiving Day, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and Costco are just a few of the stores that will be closed.
In the past, several popular merchants and big-box stores would be open on Thanksgiving Day in preparation for Black Friday despite some backlash from forcing staff to work on the holiday. This year, many retailers and malls have already indicated that they will remain closed on Thanksgiving Day this year.
