On behalf of everyone here at the United States Fire Administration (USFA) and the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, please allow me to extend condolences on the passing of Firefighter Brian Joseph Letrent to you, the Bayville Volunteer Fire Company #1, friends, family members, and the community for whom he served.

It is with deep regret we announce the untimely passing of our brother firefighter Brian Letrent.
Firefighter Letrent has been a vital asset to our dept always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to protect our residents and brother firefighters.
Firefighter Letrent will surely be missed by his brothers and sisters at Sta 17 for his selfless dedication to duty.
RIP our brother, we'll take it from here!!
