The biggest play of the summer was made by Hailey Craddock, who was up to bat with two outs in the bottom of the ninth (the third extra inning), when she knocked an RBI single to send Toms River to Bristol, Connecticut for the Mid-Atlantic Region Tournament for 12 year olds next weekend.

A trip to the Little League Softball World Series is awarded to the champion. Toms River will compete against other state and local champions from Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and Pennsylvania.
