Tragic Accident: Driver Loses Life After Crashing His Vehicle into Monmouth County Home

A 57-year-old man from Englishtown was declared deceased at Centra State Medical Center after a car crashed into a house on Craig Road near Symmes Drive at approximately five in the morning on Tuesday, according to Manalapan Police Department. 

Due to an ongoing investigation into the incident, Manalapan Police stated that no additional information is currently available.

According to police, a car on Tuesday veered off the road and crashed into a house on Craig Road.

The house then went on fire, and according to the police, the driver was able to be pulled out of their car by good Samaritans. According to authorities, Atlantic EMS treated the driver after he were taken out and taken to a nearby hospital.
The fire was put out by the Gordons Corner Fire Company and nearby fire agencies.

Detective Matthew Meyler of the Monmouth County Fire Marshall's Office and the Manalapan Township Police Department are still investigating the accident.
