Tragic Jersey Shore Incident: Husband Shoots Wife, Then Himself
According to the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office and Wildwood Crest police, the two individuals discovered dead in a Wildwood Crest residence earlier this week appeared to have committed murder-suicide.
The two were discovered at a house on the 300 block of Atlanta Avenue, as Patch previously reported. According to officials, the man and lady were identified as Wildwood Crest residents Donald Miller, 79, and Marion Miller, 79.
According to preliminary findings, Donald died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, while Marion died from a single gunshot wound.
Until the final forensic and medical examiner reports are received, the investigation is still underway. According to officials, no more details will be made public until the inquiry is finished or until the situation calls for it.
