Unpredictable Winter Weather: NJ Snowstorms Forecasted Through Spring
According to AccuWeather meteorologists, snow enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that there is still a risk of snowstorms in the northeast through the first part of March, with a springtime warmth to come in late March and early April. This implies that winter conditions may persist into New Jersey's meteorological spring, which begins on March 1st according to yearly temperature cycles.
Long-range forecaster and veteran meteorologist Paul Pastelok of AccuWeather warned that March would "come in like a lion in the East" and that "we may have a pretty stormy pattern from late February to the start of March."
For those who detest snow, there is good news. According to AccuWeather, the majority of the spring season will be a little milder than typical, with daytime highs in most of the eastern United States averaging 1 to 2 degrees warmer than average. The main snow chances are expected to end by the middle of March.
