Valerii Bezsonov, 58 years old, from Ukraine, is missing in South Amboy, New Jersey. He does not speak English and has no phone or identification with him.

• He was wearing a black hat, black pants, a dark blue plaid sweater, and beige sneakers.

• Lives in Jamesburg, NJ.
