Can I Vote in-person in the 2021 NJ GENEAL ELECTION?
The polls will be fully open for in-person voting for the first time since 2019. In 2020, mail-in ballots were used solely for both the primary and general elections. Polling places will reopen after more than 4.1 million New Jersey residents have been completely vaccinated against COVID-19.
Although the state does not require face masks for in-person voting, county officials have the authority to do so. Check with your local election board or, just in case, bring a face mask to the polls.
