Get Ready for Prom: Ocean County Library's Annual Dress Giveaway
Regardless of their financial situation, all teenagers should be able to dance through life, according to the Ocean County Library.
For three days in March around the county, the library system will host its 16th annual Prom Dress Giveaway. This will give teenagers plenty of time to choose free dresses for prom, spring flings, eighth-grade dances, and other events.Teen volunteers and library staff dry cleaned and organized the dresses, which were given by both individuals and the library itself. They are free and don't require registration; they will be arranged according to size and color.
