Tragic Overboard Accident Claims Life of Jersey Shore Boater

According to New Jersey State Police, a boater was killed on Sunday after he and another individual were flung overboard from their boat in Barnegat Bay.

Two people on board the 27-foot Robalo boat were thrown overboard when it struck a strong wake in the water in Little Egg Harbor just before 10 a.m.

Lebron claimed that one of them was struck by the boat as it circled without the people inside. Karl Chen, 56, of Princeton, was killed in the strike, according to Lebron.
According to Lebron, the other occupant suffered minor injuries.

As of Monday morning, there was no additional information available.
