Significant Warm-Up Predicted for New Jersey

Residents of New Jersey who are tired of the cold and snow are searching for a break in the weather. There has been a lot of snow.

The weather has been relentless since November, and this winter is currently the eighth snowiest on record. However, a shift in the weather is imminent according to the National Weather Service.

The work-school week is coming to an amazing finish. A favorable wind and sunshine will enable the temperatures to rise to seasonal levels after a cold and snowy start. For the first part of the weekend, this is the beginning of something much more fantastic.

Saturday appears to be wonderful. The final day of February ends on a bright and possibly warm day. Even though it won't break any records, the sunshine will feel amazing when afternoon highs rise 10 to 15 degrees above the seasonal norm.

Temperatures start to change again on Sunday. It's possible that a swift-moving weather system will drop into the state's northern region and produce a few snow showers.

Will there be a great deal of snow? No, some places might need some cleaning, but by the afternoon the sun will be sure to melt what has fallen.

More snowfall is possible in the early part of next week, and aside from seasonable temperatures, the weather appears to be getting colder.

However, New Jersey may be in for a significant warm-up, according to model guidance. By the second week of March, temperatures could reach the 70s for a few days, according to even the coldest model solutions.
