The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Coordinator of Forensic Nurse Examiners.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has announced that it is actively seeking qualified applicants for the position of Coordinator of Forensic Nurse Examiners, a key role within the county’s Special Victims Unit (SVU).

The position oversees the Forensic Nurse Examiner (FNE) Program, which provides specialized medical care and forensic evidence collection for victims of sexual assault throughout Ocean County. The coordinator is responsible for program management, scheduling, training oversight, and ensuring compliance with state protocols and victim‑centered standards.
