On behalf of the Ocean County Board of Commissioners, residents are invited to Beach Ball Blast, a free family-friendly event happening Thursday, July 23, from 5:00–8:30 PM at the Ocean County Parks Administration Office (Bayfront Field), 1198 Bandon Road, Toms River.
