Car Crashes Into South Brunswick Dunkin’, Employee Injured; Multiple Agencies Respond

A 22-year-old Dunkin’ Donuts employee was injured Saturday morning after a vehicle slammed into the front of the K&M Plaza Dunkin’ on Georges Road in South Brunswick, according to the Monmouth Junction Volunteer Fire Department.

At 11:20 AM on July 11, MJFD units were dispatched for a report of a vehicle into the building with an employee pinned inside. Chief 200 arrived and confirmed the employee had been freed by other staff members before first responders entered the building, according to the department’s official statement.

Engine 204 secured electrical power inside the store and disconnected the vehicle’s battery to prevent additional hazards.
Fire crews remained on scene until the vehicle was safely removed from the storefront.
