A 22-year-old Dunkin’ Donuts employee was injured Saturday morning after a vehicle slammed into the front of the K&M Plaza Dunkin’ on Georges Road in South Brunswick, according to the Monmouth Junction Volunteer Fire Department.
At 11:20 AM on July 11, MJFD units were dispatched for a report of a vehicle into the building with an employee pinned inside. Chief 200 arrived and confirmed the employee had been freed by other staff members before first responders entered the building, according to the department’s official statement.

The employee sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported for medical evaluation, according to reporting from NJ.com.
The impact caused significant damage to the front entrance, shattering glass and pushing debris into the store. The Dunkin’ location was temporarily shut down pending structural evaluation and health inspection.
