Manchester Township & Lakehurst Borough Gear Up for Their 5th Annual Joint National Night Out on August 12

While many communities have already wrapped up their National Night Out festivities, Manchester Township and Lakehurst Borough are just getting started. Next Wednesday, August 12th, residents are invited to the 5th Annual Joint National Night Out—an evening dedicated to strengthening community bonds, celebrating local partnerships, and connecting residents with the first responders who serve them every day.

Hosted by the Manchester Township Police Department and the Lakehurst Police Department—with support from NSA Lakehurst and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department—this year’s event promises to be the biggest and most activity‑packed yet.

National Night Out has become the area’s signature community celebration, drawing families from across Ocean County for a night of fun, safety demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Admission is completely free, making it an accessible event for all ages.
