Ocean County Man Missing for 12 Days

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing township man.

Dillon Popper, 31, was last in contact with a family member on Sept. 4, Manchester police said Wednesday.

Authorities believe he may be in Washington, DC, based on information from their investigation so far, police said.

Dillon is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.

Police noted that his hair may be shorter now than it appears in the photograph.
