Wayne Carrington a former New York City Police Officer and Chef is founder of Roc N Ramen in New York. Roc N Ramen restaurants offer traditional Japanese ramen noodles with Caribbean spices. Roc N Ramen has been in business since 2014.

He has now announced he will moving on from Roc N Ramen and will open a new chain of ramen restaurants called Vibe N Slurp. He has said he will be opening 10 new locations with the first location of his new noodle shop in Toms River. The exact address is 1775 Hooper Avenue where the former Bamboo Panda restaurant occupied.

The second Vibe N Slurp will open in Texas, Alabama, Louisiana and Florida. A location in Cherry Hill is also planned.
