Joe Pesci Sells Home in Lavallette
Joe Pesci has finally said his goodbyes to the Jersey Shore, selling his waterfront house in Lavallette after two years on the market.
The eight-bedroom contemporary mansion on Barnegat Bay was sold by Pesci. According to the deed filed with the Ocean County Clerk's Office, the property at 91 Pershing Ave. had a $5 million asking price when he advertised it in November 2019 and sold for $5 million.

His home was loaded with mementos and mementos from his acting career, which includes an Oscar for his portrayal in "Goodfellas" and Oscar nominations for "Raging Bull" and "The Irishman."
On November 10, a notice of settlement was filed with the Ocean County Clerk's Office, although the sale did not close until February 2. The buyer is listed as 9193 Pershing LLC, a limited liability company whose address in Mantoloking belongs to John J. Chando Inc., an architect and bespoke home builder.
Pesci's film career spanned not only his iconic Goodfellas role, but also roles in the "Home Alone" and "Lethal Weapon" series, as well as "My Cousin Vinny," in which he played a new lawyer defending his nephew and friend from murder charges in a Southern court, alongside Marisa Tomei as his street-smart New York girlfriend.
Pesci purchased the Lavallette mansion for $850,000 in 1994, and according to all reports, he lived peacefully in the neighborhood. When a neighbor's proposal for a 150-foot dock into Barnegat Bay went before the borough's zoning board, he joined his voice to a cacophony of dissent.
