Colleen was stabbed in her head, neck, and face nearly a dozen times, as well as her chest and left arm/hand nearly severing her thumb. Colleen underwent a five hour limb saving surgery upon admission into the trauma center, but has a long way to go on her physical recovery alone. Colleen was a house wife for her 16 years of marriage and a stay at home mom raising their daughter, Kayleigh.

Her husband is currently being held on attempted murder charges, and Colleen and Kayleigh will have no insurance or income, of any kind, effective immediately.
