According to Toms River Police Department, on April 26th at approximately 3:51AM officers were dispatched to Pizza and Panini located at 452 Route 37 for a report of a commercial burglary.
The front door of the business was shattered with a large stone paver. The cash register inside was compromised and a sum of cash was removed.
While canvassing the area, officers located a smashed out front window to Singas Pizza located at 1808 Route 37, Unit 10 also in Toms River.
A rock was located inside the building which appears to have been used to break the window and enter the business. A cash register containing a sum of cash was stolen.
Ocean County Sheriff’s Department CSI responded to both locations and documented evidence pertaining to the crime.
