Cooler This Week But Expect a Warm-Up by Thursday in NJ
Temperatures are currently in the low 70s, but later this week, they will rise again, reaching highs in the 80s. There may be some rain showers overnight and into early Monday morning, mostly in the eastern regions of New Jersey, as a disturbance passes just east of the state.
Monday looks to be a lovely, fair day with largely sunny skies after that clears up. The pleasant temperatures in the lower 70s will continue to trend close to or slightly below the seasonal average. As of Sunday afternoon, the outlook for Wednesday is heading toward dryness after previously appearing to be somewhat rainy. Then, as the end of the week draws near, temperatures will return to the 80s on Thursday through Saturday, bringing with them a return of warmth and humidity.
