Join the Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District and the downtown businesses for the First Spring Festival.
They will be kicking off the Spring season with this awesome outdoor event. A portion of Washington St. (between Main St. and Robbins St.) will be closed for food, drinks, music and vendors! Downtown restaurants and businesses will be open all day.
