NJ State Police Troop “B” Explorer Program Hosting Open House for Future Law Enforcement Leaders Young people in North Jersey interested in a future career in law enforcement will have a chance to step inside the world of the New Jersey State Police this month. The State Police Troop “B” Explorer Program is inviting motivated teens to attend an upcoming Explorer Post event on Monday, September 14th, offering a hands‑on look at what it’s like to train and learn as a State Police Explorer.

The Explorer Program is a nationally recognized career‑education initiative designed for young men and women ages 14 to 17 who want to explore policing as a potential career path. According to the NJSP Recruiting Division, Exploring provides real‑world experiences, structured training, and teamwork‑based activities that help participants understand the responsibilities and challenges of modern law enforcement.
