My name is Dylan Romeo from Troop 59 in Toms River, New Jersey. For my Eagle Project, I am going to create a bird garden with different native plants to attract important beneficial species to the Save Barnegat Bay area.

Another part of my project is to create a root viewer to understand the way the native plants grow and to place birdhouses around the bird garden.

This area will be used for an outdoor educational classroom for visitors to learn about the environment around them.

My bird garden will be located right next to the EcoCenter in Browns Woods.

The EcoCenter is the main building in which all the research and experiments are conducted in.

Browns Woods is a lovely area with several hiking trials, picnic tables, and not to mention the beautiful views of the Toms River.

Save Barnegat Bay is a wonderful organization that assists the community by helping people understand the world we live in.
