Exciting News: Texas Roadhouse Rumored to Open in Toms River in 2024
At the close of last year and the beginning of this one, we have been hearing all about The Texas Roadhouse coming to Toms River, but nothing has transpired. It was reportedly being built on the vacant space in front of Macy's at the Ocean County Mall. As we approach the new year, will it occur in 2024?
Founded in 1993 in Kentucky, the restaurant business now boasts over 580 locations throughout 49 states, with nine of those being in New Jersey. If this establishment were to open in Toms River, it would be the first in Ocean County.
On the website of the Texas Roadhouse, there are hand-cut steaks, ribs, and "country dinners" such pulled pork, fried sirloin, and pork chops. The restaurant also serves country-style chicken meals and shrimp. The chain offers fifteen different types of margaritas and a wide assortment of beers. Of the menu, steak meals make up about half.
