A Lakewood man was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Howell early on Sunday, according to Monmouth County Prosecutors Office. The collision occurred at the crossroads of Route 9 and Aldrich Road at around 2:53 in the morning, the prosecutor's office reported on Sunday afternoon.
Authorities reported that one driver, a 69-year-old Lakewood male, died in the collision. No name of the victim was given.
Investigators from the Howell Police Department, Serious Collision Analysis Response Team (SCART), and Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office are actively looking investigating the accident.
