Four Arrested after Detectives Overhear them Talking About Drug Activity

Arrests Made

According to Brick Township Police Department, on Thursday, November 10th, at 8:00 P.M., Street Crimes Unit Detectives were conducting surveillance around the Walmart on Rt. 88 in Brick when they overheard four subjects talking about their engagement in drug activity.

The Detectives made contact with the suspects and K-9 Officer Ray LaPoint responded with his K-9 partner Rebel. An exterior sniff of the suspects’ vehicles resulted in positive indications for the presence of controlled dangerous substances. The ensuring search yielded crack and drug paraphernalia.

Frank Tomasulo (58 years old from Toms River) was charged with possession of crack, possession of paraphernalia and loitering to obtain or distribute a controlled dangerous substance on a warrant, and he was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Arnaldo Martinez (50 years old from Jackson) was charged with possession of crack, possession of paraphernalia and loitering to obtain or distribute a controlled dangerous substance on a warrant, and he was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Michael Britton (35 years old from Toms River) was charged with possession of crack, possession of paraphernalia and loitering to obtain or distribute a controlled dangerous substance on a warrant, and he was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Austin Kaiser (43 years old from Toms River) was charged with possession of paraphernalia and loitering to obtain or distribute a controlled dangerous substance on a warrant, and he was lodged in Ocean County Jail.
