CKO Kickboxing Cancer Punch-A-Thon.
Meet 9 year old Reese Madison from Toms River, who is battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This is her 3rd fight with leukemia and needs our help.
Reese is 9-years-old and is battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. According to a GoFundMe set up to help Reese and her parents, this is Reese's "second relapse, which means that in her nine years of life Reese has had cancer three times. It also means that Reese and her family have a long battle in front of them as well as overwhelming expenses that unfortunately come with a cancer diagnosis." Clearly, she's a fighter. Obviously, she needs our support and something as small as a positive message of encouragement could have a positive impact.
Two special kickboxers, Calista and Katia created the CKO Kickboxing Cancer Punch-A-Thon. Calista explains that "when I heard about her fight, I wanted to use my gym to help fight for her." On May 15th, 2021 at 8 am, Calista and Katia will host a 24-hour event to raise money to help Reese. The way it works is really cool. Check this out.
