LINWOOD, NJ — The Linwood Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 16-year-old Hispanic male juvenile who was last seen in the area wearing distinctive clothing and sporting a new hairstyle.

According to police, the teen was last observed wearing a grey Under Armour jacket, black pants, and brown-and-yellow Adidas shoes. Investigators say he now has a brown afro-style haircut, a detail they emphasize may help residents identify him more easily.

Authorities have not released the teen’s name publicly but stress that community awareness is critical at this time.

The department posted the alert on its official Facebook page, urging anyone who may see the juvenile—or who may have information about his whereabouts—to immediately contact law enforcement.
