NJ State Police Seeks Help Locating Missing Woman in New Jersey

According to State Police, Denise Smith, of Woodland Township, left her house early on Monday morning.

According to NJ State Police, a dementia-stricken woman from Burlington County who was considered "endangered" disappeared. On Monday, the police department issued a request to the public for information that would help them locate Denise Smith.

According to authorities, Denise, 51, left her home on Route 563 in Woodland Township at around 1:15 a.m.

Denise is a white woman with brown/gray hair and brown eyes, officials said. She's 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 125 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and white sneakers. Anyone with information can contact State Police Troop "C" Red Lion Station at 609-859-2282 or the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit at 609-882-2000 ext. 2554. The agency welcomes anonymous tips.
