NJ Woman Faces Charges After Leaving Baby in Hot Car to Gamble

According to Bensalem Police, a 37-year-old Willingboro lady was arrested for leaving her toddler in a hot car while she played at Parx Casino.

Leola Dualuqua was accused of leaving a youngster in an unattended car and endangering the welfare of a child.

Officers arrived at the parking lot on April 14 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in response to a report of an unsupervised youngster inside a car.
The automobile was secured and not running, and the youngster was in the backseat.

Authorities reported that the windows were closed and the temperature was in the mid-80s. The toddler was clearly perspiring even though it seemed like he was resting.
