Opening Day of Toms River East Little League

25th Anniversary of the 1998 Toms River East Little League World Series Championship

Toms River East Little League will hold their rescheduled Opening Day Celebration this Saturday morning, April 22.

Come out and support TRELL as they celebrate their three championship teams from the 2022 season and the 25th Anniversary of the 1998 Little League World Series Championship!

The festivities will start at about 9am with a parade that kickoff at the East Dover First Aid building and proceeds down Windsor Ave to Toms River East Little League Field 1.

13U Eastern Regional/State Champions,12u State Champions, Majors MIT Champions , and Todd Frazier and the 1998 World Championship Team will be honored at the event.

On Saturday, April 22, the team that won the 1998 World Series will be recognized 25 years after their victory. Tommy Noone, president of the Toms River East Little League, predicted that the parade will be enormous.

"New Jersey State Police will take part in the parade on horseback and in cars. The procession will feature the Toms River Township Police Department. Our entire team, from T-ball to the Senior Division, will participate in the procession.
